READ BEFORE YOU BUY

Every product we create is the result of careful hands and the choicest raw materials. However due to the handcrafted process of making every single product one - by -one, no product is identical.

NOTEBOOKS

As each book is hand-bound, no two pieces are ever identical.
At times, you might come across tiny details like a few pages slightly stuck together, a small bump along the cover, a faint smudge, or a gentle peel. These are not imperfections.

Each hardbound journal/planner is carefully assembled by hand, using traditional bookbinding methods that ensure durability and longevity.
The endpaper inside the front and back covers is an essential part of the binding, securely glued to hold the book block in place. It is not a writable page and should not be lifted or pulled apart, as doing so may cause minor tearing along the hinge — a normal outcome of intentional tampering, not a defect.

Similarly, the expandable back pocket is adhesively fixed to the rear cover to maintain structure and strength. It is designed for light use, gentle insertion of papers, photos, or stickers and not for being pulled open beyond its flexible limit. The same logic applies to the elastic enclosure band and pen loops.

Because every notebook is handcrafted from natural and locally sourced materials, subtle variations are inevitable. The paper may respond differently across seasons or production lots, showing slight changes in texture or tone. The cover material too may vary in grain, softness, or sheen depending on the batch, humidity, and climate at the time of production.

These are not flaws but quiet signatures of craftsmanship — reminders that your notebook was made with care, not mass-produced.

VEGAN LEATHER PRODUCTS

For our organisers and leather collections, please note that minor variations in grain, texture, or tone are natural. Over time, light PU discolouration or a temporarily stiff zipper may occur due to temperature and humidity shifts. These are normal ageing characteristics of handcrafted goods and do not affect functionality and are hence not defects.

When you first start using the organiser, it may not lay down or close completely flat. Over time, it will settle in and fit more comfortably in your hands. Marks, scuffs, natural patinas and mild imperfections like thickness and subtle colour variations are part of the handcrafting processes and do not construe defect.

COLORS

Due to the limitations of the display technology and the non uniformity across viewing devices, the actual colour of the product might differ from the photograph of the product.

We take utmost effort to ensure that the colour is reproduced as much close to the actual product in all our photograph but observed deviation to the same cannot be construed as wrongful depiction as we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered.
