Replacement policy


  • Refunds for products purchased from our website are not provided. However, we offer a voucher of equivalent value, which can be used to purchase any product of your choice from our website within one year of the voucher’s issue date.
  • Replacement requests from customers will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • If the value of the exchange product is higher than the value of the original product, the difference amount has to be paid by the customer

  • No cancellation or request for exchange will be entertained with respect to:

    • Products removed from their original packaging
    • Used or tampered products;
    • Customized products 
    • Any products purchased on sale/discount/exchange;
    • Any products purchased with gift cards/coupons;
    • Any products, after 4 days from the date of delivery of the products.
  • If you wish to exchange any product, kindly initiate the process by contacting us with details of:
    • The product sought to be replaced;
    • Details of proof of the purchase;
    • Reasons for wishing to exchange the product;

    • Do share pictures of the products received, with us, to ensure that it is in resellable condition and not used/damaged in any way.

  • Ship the product you wish to replace for our inspection. The product should be shipped to the following address:

  • Kindly note that the responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement process will be yours
  • Upon receipt of your exchange request and subsequent product inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. Please note that our decision is final and binding.
  • Once your exchange request is accepted, the replacement product shall be dispatched to you within 10 days thereafter and the shipping charges if any will be borne by the customer.

  • By accepting our Replacement Policy you acknowledge that Replacement will be granted at our sole discretion, on reasonable grounds. We are not obligated to provide the same.

  • This Replacement Policy is applicable to all goods purchased on our website.
