Shipping policy

At NEORAH, we like to make your online shopping experience a seamless & pleasant one, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

SHIPPING DURATION:

• We start processing your order within 48 hours of receiving it. All products are shipped out between 5-8 working days
• In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together.
• In situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Neorah will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
• In the event of the shipment being marked as delivered and you haven’t received the same, please raise a query within 48 hours. Beyond which we would be unable to accept such complaints.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• Free shipping on Website orders above ₹1999, including all discounts. 
• Orders below ₹1999 will have shipping charges based on the location and the weight of the product. 
• Corporate orders have separate shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

• We do ship International at an extra cost. Please email us to get a quote for International Shipments. 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

• Currently COD is not available.
